Dining out while dining in

 

I schedule a consultation with each client to determine food preferences and any dietary guidelines that need to be followed.  Recipes are customized for each family's tastes.  For example, if you can't stand mushrooms, if there are allergy restrictions or you don't want wine or alcohol used in the cooking, these will all be discussed.

You will choose from a wide variety of menu items and may make requests.  Regular clients may choose weekly, biweekly or monthly service.

On the cooking day, I will purchase all groceries, bring pots, pans and utensils needed to your home.  Meals will be prepared, packaged, labeled and refrigerated or frozen per your specifications.  Reheating instructions are provided for each item. If desired, on the cook date I will leave a meal warm in the oven for you to enjoy when you come home.

After cleaning up, I will leave your home with only the pleasant smells of my creations.
